You have gone above and beyond to look out for my family and my home. When I first told you I thought I might have termites, you called to follow up the very same day. You were able to listen to my description of what I had found and give me a preliminary diagnosis over the phone, then made an appointment to come out the next day to verify. You did a thorough inspection and measure, and took extensive time out of your day to explain in detail the tenting process and the steps we would need to take to protect our landscaping.

Even beyond all of that, you helped me research the prior termite treatment and understand the mistakes that had been made by the prior company. I opened the door this morning to find a note left by Joel – he’d already been here, located 7 possible areas where the earwigs might be entering my home, treated the areas, and is planning to grab some plumbers puttee that he has at home and return to fill the spaces ASAP. Amazing!

I would like you to know that I greatly appreciated all that Greg has done for me. He comes on a bi-monthly schedule to spray my home for pests and since he monitors when this is needed I never have to worry about having little creepy visitors in my house.

Recently he has helped me with fruit rat issue were living in my attic. Even though he had teeth pulled and an infection in his gum he showed up when promised and kept coming back to make sure they were gone He has sealed up the hole that I missed and I am very happy to say that I do not hear little noises in my attic.

Greg's professionalism and attitude is a great asset to your company. Just knowing he will make himself available when I need him is a benefit to me as a home owner and working Professional.

Since moving to Florida a little over four years ago, my husband and I have found that customer service is very hard to come by. I have to say that Greg has been one of the best, if not the first person who actually cares about their customers. He has been there to help us and our neighbors in our in our townhouse complex whenever we have needed him. I had a serious Crazy ant infestation about two years ago. Green Tech came out and applied exterior extermination and after I had spent literally hundreds of dollars and constant frustration they resolved my problem immediately! Wow! I now have Green Tech take care of my lawn also. I'm totally pleased. If you have bugs or don't want bugs, you need to trust your comfort with Green Tech!

Called Green Tech one day in afternoon and they sent out,"Steve" the following morning. First impressions I left up to: how professional, knowledgable,friendly and "on time" my technician was going to be. Well make it short, Steve was all of the above and more. He explained what was going on (had the large red carpenter ants and they bite), what he was going to do, use, where and why. Even explained what to expect in three days, a week etc. and if we didn't after 72 hours have a complete rid of ants to call him. But his words were 110% true.

NO MORE ANTS, INSECTS=NOTHING. He educated me on common pest to this area, when you see them most and why even the duration and/or their life cycles. Okay, I thought this guy knows his stuff. But let me kick it up a notch. Steve was equally up to date with lawns, trees and landscape. Another short version of great professional relationship, we presently rent and pay out of pocket for premium maintenance on this house for pest and lawn service. I am very much the bargain hunter, can you find cheaper-yes. Can you find higher priced service-again yes. But if you are an educated, smart shopper, like we are, then Green Tech is the best in "bang for your buck and peace of mind." Also, gotta add "if you have Steve, you have it in the bag!"

Kudos to all Y'all for rescuing another wall Kitty! Even though it was a rough job and made a mess, the main thing is you saved the helpless baby kitten and found it a home. Greg & Tom went went above and beyond by helping me repair the closet after the aftermath, on their own time. I can't tell you how much I appreciated the extra effort. Greg came back a 4th time to seal the roof where the feral cats are getting in. What a great team you have! I hope I won't be calling you back anytime soon.
